Our good friends at NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry, the Bay Area chapter of which Kevin Wallace was the founding president) bring us the following news:
It is April 22, 2010 -- not only the 40th anniversary of Earth Day-- but for the remodeling industry, the implementation date of the EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule. Please comply with all requirements of the rule; effective today, the rule is the law.More information is available on the EPA website here and here.
